About Davenports Farm Shop & Tea Rooms

Davenports Farm Shop is a multi award winning shop: CAMRA North West Bottled Beer Retailer of the Year 2011; Northwest Regional Finalist Best Food Category Countryside Alliance 2008; Vale Royal Family Business of the Year 2008, to name but a few.

Visiting the farm shop has often been likened to visiting an Ironbridge period shop as it has been sympathetically fitted out using antique and old furniture, some of which has been in the family for years.

Davenports Farm Shop has one of the largest ranges of locally made food and drink from small suppliers, including a wide range of locally brewed beer. They specialise in home grown tomatoes which are grown without use of pesticides, which are just delicious and taste just like they should do.

They also offer a wide range of the best food and drink from around the UK, some of which is organic and try to ensure that there is something for everyone by including special diets such as gluten free, wheat free and diabetic.

Davenports Tea Room was recognised in 2013 by the prestigious United Kingdon Tea Guild as the Best Place in the UK to have Afternoon Tea and in 2015 featured in the Official Magazine Britain as one of the Top Ten places to take Afternoon Tea in Britain.

Marketing Cheshire also awarded Davenports Tea Room with Tastes of Cheshire Award 2013.

The Tea Room is open every day, except Tuesdays, from 10am to 4pm.

Davenport's tea room has built its customer base on repeat business and recommendations, with some regular customers travelling from as far away as Cumbria and Scotland enroute South using the A49, however we situated only about 30 minutes from Liverpool or Manchester.

The tea room is styled on a quaint old English Tea Room with antique lace table cloths and bone china tea services and is themed around Alice in Wonderland as Lewis Carroll (pen name for Charles Lutwidge Dodgson) was born less than two miles away.

Davenports Florists create beautiful designs that do more than mark an occasion.

Their stunning designs are perfect for any event.

Whether it is Classic Elegant Hand-Tied Arrangements, Wedding Flowers to make your perfect day or Funeral Tributes that stay fresh in the memory, our specialist florists are there to discuss your every need.

For your wedding, your requirements may be traditional or contemporary, your budget small or large. Whatever, our florists will be happy to show you their work and tailor your flowers to your exact requirements.

When you need to show sympathy, we can help you express your thoughts at this difficult time. We specialised in creating beautiful arrangements, floral tributes or bespoke design and can arrange prompt delivery to the family home, service, funeral home or church.
