10 Tiny Plays

Whitby Hall Studio Theatre

14th October 2011 - 15th October 2011

10 Tiny Plays is a new writing project from Action Transport Theatre.

Following a call-out for ideas, over 160 writers pitched from across the globe, from as far afield as America and Australia.

The 10 plays are performed by young actors aged predominantly between 12-25 years old from the local area and directed by Nina Hajiyianni. Two plays are from Chester’s own Paul Kelly and Gail Young, both of whom have had previous successes with Sunny Rhyl and Cheshire Cats respectively.

The 10 plays are:

A Confession of Youth by Michael Burgess

  Little Soldiers by Tylie Cox

  Street Life by Effie Delphinius

  Adrift by Beverley Hancock

  Millbank by James Harker

  Changing by Paul Kelly

  EDGELAND by Julie McKiernan

  Bright Spark by Peter Mooney

5 Minutes in Heaven by Dan Murphy

  #Jan25 by Gail Young
