28th May 2011 - 12th June 2011
It's that time of year again when scarecrows will be popping up in all sorts of places around the beautiful village of Kelsall. The Kelsall Scarecrow Trail will run from Saturday 28th May through to Sunday 12th June 2011.
The event is receiving great support from local businesses and the community. We are also very pleased to confirm that The Cabinet Room (Tarporley), Si BELLE (Tarporley) and The Royal Oak (Kelsall) are all generous sponsors for this year's event.
There are two categories of Scarecrows this year, traditional and our theme for 2011 is 'Heroes and Villains'. There is a nomination form inside the trail guide so that you can vote for your favourite scarecrow and winners will be announced at Kelsall Primary School Victorian Summer Fair on 18th June 2011.
Trail guides can be purchased from 28th May from Kelsall CP School, the Co-op, Holmes Pharmacy, Duttons Butchers and the Royal Oak, at a cost of £1.50.
