Little Pixie Productions present a wintery, festive treat for the whole family in January. The company run by three sisters originally from Northwich, will be presenting The Snow Queen at Barnton Memorial Hall on Sunday 8th January 2017 at 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

In this new adaptation by Sarah Nelson, with stunning original music by James Atherton, story telling, original music and song combine in this captivating children's piece of music theatre for everyone ages5+

Join storytellers Libetta, Mabe and Ruas they tell the classic tale of The Snow Queen, set against an Eastern European backdrop during WW1. Gerda and Kay are the best offriends and are certain they always will bebut when Kay is hit with magic splinters from a shattered mirror, everything begins to change. Kay meets the dark and mysterious Snow Queen who takes him far away toher distant land of ice. In this classic tale of ice kingdoms, magic spells and enchanting creatures, Gerda quests to defeat hatred and save her best friend from the dark magic of the Snow Queen.
